Most custom projects take about 3–5 weeks from approved 3D render to finished piece, depending on complexity and stone sourcing. Rush timelines for proposals are often possible — just ask.
Yes. Our bench jeweler works on site, so your ring, chain or heirloom never leaves our care to be mailed to an off-site facility. Watch service is handled by our master watchmaker.
Absolutely. We love working with family stones. We'll clean, inspect and remount your diamonds or gemstones into a new custom setting so they can be worn and enjoyed again.
Yes — our Client Portal lets you follow your custom design status, approve 3D renders, track repair tickets, and view or pay invoices, all in one place. Ask us for your access code.
